I was ready to blame the site if my withdrawal took forever, but it actually came through fast. I didn’t have to wait long at all, which surprised me. Everything was smooth, simple, and there weren’t any weird issues.

From what I remember, I’ve deposited money a few different times and it always showed up quickly. I don’t recall running into any strange issues or delays, so overall it worked fine for me...

I’ve been using cs.fail for a little while and I do like the safer play options. Setting limits was simple, and the cool-off button is easy to find instead of being buried somewhere random. I also got a reminder when I’d been playing too long, which actually helped me take a break. The only downside is that when I had a question, I kind of felt dismissed, like my concern wasn’t really taken seriously. Still, the tools themselves make it feel less risky for me overall

The site itself works fine, no real complaints there. It’s just that the payment options feel a bit limited. I’d assume adding a few more common ways to pay would make things easier for a lot of people.

I’m giving cs.fail 4 stars because the terms and conditions were easier to get through than I expected. I was ready for something super boring and confusing, but it wasn’t baaad at all.
Some sections are still a bit long, sure, but the main stuff like deposits, withdrawals, and rules is explained clearly enough. I didn’t feel like I had to read the same line over and over just to understand what was going on.

It would be niiiice if a few parts were simplified even more, but overall it feels fair. Nothing felt hidden away or sneaky like I’ve seen on some other sites

Getting into my account has been smooth overall. The login is quick, and the security feels solid without making the whole process annoying. I will say there were a couple moments where the extra checks felt a tiny bit unnecessary, but nothing that really slowed me down much. Overall, I like that it feels safe and still easy to use
